Summit Management has a very special project coming up.
Internationally recognized chef Daniel Green (Regular host of Food Network shows such as “Kitchen Inferno”) will lead Summit Management’s “Foodie Tour” of Thailand this November. Green, known for more his best-selling cookbooks featuring healthy cuisine and easy to prepare, Asian-inspired dishes, will personally interact with tour participants in multiple “hands-on” cooking sessions throughout the tour.
Our 10-day tour will depart the US on November 1st, and include four nights in Bangkok at the Anantara Riverside, where highlights will include an escorted tour of Grand Palace and cooking instruction at the famed Blue Elephant cooking school. There will be ample time for shopping (with a list of recommended tailors), visit the floating market and take a ride on the river. This portion of the tour will be followed by three nights in Chiang Mai, the center of the culinary arts for the northern part of the country. The tour would not be complete without several great spa opportunities, and a chance to bathe elephants The program concludes with two nights back in Bangkok, allowing participants to have tailor fittings on their new clothes before returning to the US on November 11. Optional extensions will be available Koh Samui or Phuket or Cambodia.
